SHIPPING

All Pre-order items will be shipped once they are available in our inventory.

For the SS24 collection, we expect to ship out all the orders in late April. The delivery might be delayed due to production circumstances. We will keep our customers notified.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales final, we do not accept any returns. Due to false product (defective or damaged), we do provide exchanges. We have a 7-day exchange policy. Customers have 7 days after receiving the items to request an exchange. To be eligible for a return/exchange, purchased item must be in the same condition when received it, unworn, unused, or altered in any way. All the products should be returned to us in the same box/packaging and with all the accessories, cases, tags, hygiene seals. We cannot assume responsibilities for reimbursement or compensation in the events of return/exchange packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
