All sales final, we do not accept any returns. Due to false product (defective or damaged), we do provide exchanges. We have a 7-day exchange policy. Customers have 7 days after receiving the items to request an exchange. To be eligible for a return/exchange, purchased item must be in the same condition when received it, unworn, unused, or altered in any way. All the products should be returned to us in the same box/packaging and with all the accessories, cases, tags, hygiene seals. We cannot assume responsibilities for reimbursement or compensation in the events of return/exchange packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non exchangeable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or made-to-order items.
Shipping cost of the exchange item is to be covered by customer. The cost of shipping is non-refundable, it will be deducted from the refund. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, the shipping will be processed within 3-5 days.
